Overview

smolanalytics is product + web analytics in one go binary (mit). the part you use daily is the mcp server: ship a feature in cursor or claude code, then ask "did activation improve this week?" right there. your own model answers from your real data, so the ai is free.

answers are computed and ci-checked to match the dashboard, never generated sql. funnels, retention, paths, cohorts, web analytics, gsc, alerts. 47 tools + 13 prompts. one binary, no cluster, data never leaves your box.
